Edelhoff Dense Loading System 2020

Technical Information

You can now make use of our technically optimize and job tested new generation of Edelhoff Dense Loading Machines (DLM) for your reactor loading! It preserves your valuable catalyst better than ever and thus
extends the material’s period of use. Our tried and tested DLM, which has been continuously developed since 2002, ensures that the catalyst material is distributed evenly, smoothly and dust-free in the reactor. It results in  the desired homogeneous  and tight sealing of the individual catalyst particles with a significantly higher filling volume.

The continuous control of the inflow quantity and rotary speed of the filling motor as well as the length and shape of the flexible, starshaped product deflector which is arranged over several layers guarantee a sparing and economic loading for each reactor bed size.

Benefit from experience!

All practical application experiences are incorporated into the DLM Generation 2020:

  • Our customers have carried out globally-successful reactor loadings with Edelhoff Dense Loading Systems for almost ten years
  • The Edelhoff Dense Loading Technology was constantly reviewed and further developed in cooperation with the customers
  • The qualitative high-grade theoretical education and the practical on-the-job training for operators were implemented thoroughly
  • Not to forget, our name stands for more than 50 years of technical experience in handling diverse bulk goods. As a result, the DLM Generation 2020 offers you an individual system which:
  • Is even better protected against breakdowns through dust and damage in transit
  • Can be installed even quicker
  • Can be technically adapted even more flexibly to the on-site conditions without the need for reconstruction
  • Ensures the catalyst is distributed even more evenly the catalyst material is handled even more sparingly
  • Regulates the material flow in a more controlled way
