Rent Your DLM 2020

You have three options as regards introducing
DLM systems:
• Three year lease contract
• Three year lease contract including
• Full-Service Package “servicing and technological upgrading”
• Lease contract on a daily basis (as an addition for three years
contract on request)
No other licence-fee accrues for you!
On request, we also arrange for a DLM qualified member of service
staff from our cooperation partner to implement your catalyst loading.

Take a closer look at the development of the DLM 2020!
• Central product supply:
The volumetric exhaust flow of the catalyst is solely defined by the central product supply. An uncontrolled
product discharge is therefore absolutely excluded
• Quick release system for the flow quantity control:
The Material Flow Control discs graded in 5 mm diameter steps which regulate the inlet quantity of the catalyst
on the rotating strips can now be changed externally while the device is assembled in less than 10 seconds.
Time saving is around 20 minutes/change
• Arrangement of strips:
Flexible strips arranged on four levels with different numbers of each level guarantee the catalyst is distributed
almost dust-free and smoothly in the distributor
• Fine alignment of the inflow quantity:
The use of facing discs on the strip rotary blades allows the inflow quantity which is pre-aligned by the
Material-Flow-Control discs to channel to the requested distribution levels and thus improve the loading
structure in the reactor
• Balanced three point adjustment:
A balanced three point adjustment was mounted onto the DLM with screw-on extensions, whereby a timeconsuming and expensive installation of auxiliary constructions on the reactor entrance is not necessary
• Stub wings on the ends of the shaft (alternative):
According to the type of catalyst and reactor, the catalyst material flowing through the Strip Holder discs
reaches a so-called “stub wing” at the end of the shaft which also distributes the material smoothly and evenly
at this point for an optimal loading result
• Control unit protection:
The control unit (for compressed air and motor rotating speed) is built into a switch box which protects the
aggregate against dust and damage in transit
• Compact unities construction system:
The entire system is mounted into an aluminium container, the internal design of which makes is easy to test
the completeness of all construction components
